Photography: A Retrospective of Its Infancy and Adolescence, Part 2
Speaker: Mike Miller

Each day, 14 billion images are shared by people around the world through the Internet and various social media platforms. With almost 7 billion smartphones in use today, most people on the planet have access to a digital camera. How did we get here? This two part presentation looks back at the history prior to, and for the 90 years after, the invention of analog photography. Stories about the people involved, the processes developed, the technological advances made and even some of the politics involved will be shared and explored.
